サクサクの食感を作り出すため、ラスク専用のフランスパンを一度焼き上げ、一日寝かせてからラスクに仕上げます。
ラスクを作る際、パンの風味が残る程度にバターと砂糖を調節するにあたって、鎌倉山で30年以上洋菓子教室を主宰する、フードアドバイザーの川添先生に監修頂きました。
